On January 1, 2024, our parent company Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. will change its company name to artience Co., Ltd. There are no changes to our company name. However, there are changes to the following items.

- Email Address Change
The domain currently in use for our email addresses with change as of January 1, 2024. Please contact us using our new email addresses starting January 1, 2024, and please make changes to the corresponding information you have saved for our company.

*There are no changes to the part before the @ (XXXX)
2. Logo Change
The logo currently in use will change as follows. Following this change, the designs for our product labels, catalogues and company logo will change.

3. Handling of Contracts, Etc.
Any contracts entered into jointly with our company and under our parent company’s old name before December 31, 2023 will continue under our name and the new name of our parent company starting January 1, 2024. The former TOYO INK SC HOLDINGS CO., LTD name listed on the corresponding contract should be read as artience Co., Ltd. moving forward.
