On January 1, 2024, Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd., our Japan-based parent company, will change its company name to artience Co., Ltd. Since the Toyo Ink Group’s founding in 1896, we have been providing products that meet the social needs of each era based on our core technologies in the areas of pigments, resins, and dispersions.
Kindly be informed that our parent company Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd. will shift to a holding company on April 1, 2011 and its trade name will change to Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. On the same day, two new companies will be established through an incorporation-type company split: Toyo Ink Co., Ltd. will take over the businesses related to printing & information and packaging while Toyochem Co., Ltd. will take over the businesses related to polymer & coating, color chemicals, and functional pigments.
Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd. (President & CEO: Kunio Sakuma, Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will participate in ExpoPrint Latin America 2010, one of the biggest trade fair aimed at the Brazilian and Latin-American printing market where it will be possible to realize and establish partnerships, make contacts and to keep up to date on the innovations in equipment and printing supplies, to be held in São Paulo, Brasil from Wednesday, June 23 through Tuesday, June 29, 2010.
